The Approach
Most weight loss programs fail because they focus only on the scale. You lose weight, but you also lose muscle. Then your metabolism crashes and the weight comes back.
My approach is different:
- Strength training preserves (or builds) muscle while you lose fat
- Moderate calorie deficit that's sustainable, not miserable
- High protein intake to support muscle and keep you full
- Habit coaching so the results stick
The result? You look better at 180 lbs than most people do at 160. Because body composition matters more than the number on the scale.
